GEZHI Photonics' fused polarization maintaining (PM) wavelength division multiplexer (WDM) can multiplex two wavelengths in a polarization maintaining fiber while maintaining the polarization of the incident light. They are bidirectional; Two discrete wavelengths entering the same port can be divided into two separate optical fiber outputs. They are not suitable for separating the output light from broadband light sources. PM WDM is commonly used in pump/signal applications that integrate erbium or ytterbium doped fiber amplifiers. They can be customized for various applications to accelerate the design cycle and implementation of new projects.
